This is the Instant Reanimator deck also known as the Glass Cannon Deck because of the combo sensitivity which can easily be broken if you become too reckless. With this you can easilly cheat out Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Griselbrand on the early stages of the game and win.

This deck's weak spots are:
Hand disruption, a turn 1 Inquisition of Kozilek /Thoughtseize will usually ruin your hand.
Hard counters, Spell Pierce, Spell Snare, Mana Leak, etc.
All sorts of graveyard hate. Deathrite Shaman, Rest in Peace, Relic of Progenitus.
